Workshop Controller – (Permanent)
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum plus bonus structure.

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Controller/Manager who can manage the preparation process within our multi car franchise used vehicle centre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Allocate jobs to technicians based on skillset and availability
• Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with service advisors and parts departments to streamline workflow.
• Occasionally speak with customers with respect to post-delivery issues.
• Support Warranty department with advice and diagnosis.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or similar role
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
