We’re recruiting for a Service Advisor in Epsom, offering a strong basic salary of £30,000 - £34,000, with realistic earning potential of up to £42,000 OTE.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy aftersales environment, delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers.

🛠️ The Role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

Your responsibilities will include:

Booking vehicles into the workshop

Taking ownership of customer enquiries and requirements

Preparing accurate job cards and estimates

Liaising closely with Technicians and the Workshop

Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process

Upselling additional work where appropriate

Managing customer expectations and resolving issues professionally

Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Ensuring vehicles are ready for collection on time

Working towards departmental targets and KPIs

👀 What are we looking for?

We're keen to speak with experienced automotive Service Advisors who are confident dealing with customers and comfortable working in a busy dealership environment.

You'll ideally have:

Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales experience

Strong customer service and communication skills

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

A professional and positive approach

Good understanding of workshop processes

A genuine passion for the automotive industry
