Service Advisor – Hereford

£28,000 Basic Salary + £34,000 OTE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a successful and busy dealership in Hereford.

We're looking for someone with excellent customer service skills who can confidently manage the service journey from booking vehicles in through to handover, ensuring every customer receives a first-class experience.

The Role

  • Booking customer vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs.

  • Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.

  • Liaising with the workshop to ensure work is completed efficiently.

  • Preparing estimates and explaining any additional work required.

  • Processing invoices and handling payments.

  • Delivering outstanding customer service while meeting dealership standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy dealership environment.

  • Full UK driving licence.
