Receptionist/Showroom Host (Maternity Cover)

Porsche Centre Preston has a vacancy for a Receptionist/Showroom Host to join the team, covering maternity leave for a 6 month period (June to December 2024) – with a potential opportunity to extend to 12 months.

The Role:

Includes but is not limited to:

• Warmly welcome customers and visitors to the Centre
• Serve hot/cold refreshments and be confident conversing with customers
• Maintaining customer facing areas
• Handle incoming telephone calls with professionalism, directing to the correct department/team
• Acting as a Brand Ambassador, reflecting the brand image and standards at all times

Skills & Experience:

• A passion for delivering the highest level of customer service
• Self-motivated
• A mature, friendly and approachable manner
• Excellent organisational skills
• An effective communicator
• Immaculate presentation and interpersonal skills
• The ability to multitask and work under pressure
• IT literate

Previous experience in a customer facing role would be a distinct advantage and your personality must shine through from the moment we meet you.

Working hours are full time, Monday - Friday between 8.30am and 5.30pm.
