Receptionist / Showroom Host

Bowker Motor Group are recruiting a full-time Receptionist/Showroom Host for their award-winning BMW Centre on Preston Docklands. 

The Role:

Includes but is not limited to:

• Welcoming customers and visitors into the Centre
• Serving hot/cold refreshments
• Answering and allocating incoming calls
• Relaying messages to staff members in a timely manner
• Managing the customer waiting area and showroom

Skills & Experience:

Whilst previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided, we are looking for applicants who can demonstrate:

• A passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service
• Self-motivation
• A mature, friendly and approachable manner
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• An effective communicator
• Well-presented and personable
• The ability to multitask and work under pressure
• IT literacy

Working hours are full time, Monday to Friday.
