Sales Executive
About the role
This Sale Executive (internally called Acquisition Executive) position sits within our Retail team. Your responsibility will be to retain our customers and vehicles through the sale of personal and business contract hire. Along with other related products through our renewals process. In addition, you will help sign up new customers wherever possible working in conjunction with our partners. You will support our customers in their decision making process during the buying cycle with relevant product knowledge and appropriate advice. Achieving set (individual and team) targets will guarantee monthly bonus payments, toped up with an end of year accelerator.
About you
We are looking for a highly articulate Sales Executive who is able to build relationships quickly and then having ascertained customer requirements is able to come up with an attractive solution that fit’s the customer requirements and then close the sale. Your telephone manner will be exceptional along with your ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Thus, ensuring all customers are 100% satisfied and targets hit. Targets including those related to productivity, sales and contract renewal/extension through first class service delivery, ensuring you are fully compliant with regulatory guidelines and requirements. You will also be able to work well in a team and clearly understand the importance of this for overall success.
Key Skills required:
The Sales Executive position is pay Zone level A3 which offers a starting salary between £20-23K with a realistic bonus of £13,000* OTE (Overall package between £33-36K by achieving targets monthly/quarterly)
*Achieving monthly targets will see you earn a £1,083 monthly commission with overachievement paid accordingly.
