Flipit is a new online car buying service, offering customers a quick and hassle-free way to sell their car from the comfort of their own home. We’re seeking a Customer Sales Executive who will be responsible for making outbound calls to turn website leads into bookings. A key element of the role will be to build relationships with customers to guide them through the journey of selling their car.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with relevant experience to be a part of an exciting business at an early stage of growth. Although Flipit is a new startup, it benefits from the security of being part of the Motor Auction Group (MAG), one of the country's oldest motor auctions and still a family-run business.
Who you are
You have a track record of successful sales experience, either phone or field based (automotive industry experience is NOT required)
You are comfortable negotiating with customers over the phone and can overcome potential objections or concerns
You enjoy working in a highly targeted and fast paced environment
You take pride in what you do and believe exceptional customer service is the core of any business, alongside transparency and integrity
You’re entrepreneurial in nature, work well in small teams and would relish the opportunity to have autonomy over a key area of a new business
What you’ll do
Turn leads generated through our website into booking via outbound calls
Work with the Flipit Valuations team to provide accurate and competitive valuations for customers
Liaise with the Flipit Collections team to organise vehicle collections
We’re a small team (you’ll be one of the first employees) so it’d be great if you think you can contribute to the business outside of your core responsibilities
