RAICO is an independent specialist dealer buying and selling some of the world's most desirable performance and luxury cars, with a particular focus on Porsche GT products alongside Ferrari, Mercedes-AMG, Rolls-Royce and other exceptional vehicles.

We are looking for a capable, ambitious and commercially minded individual to work directly alongside the company Director and help drive the day-to-day operation and growth of the business.

This is a broad role.

You will be involved across operations, customers, vehicle transactions, projects, marketing and business development — helping turn ideas into organised processes and making sure things actually get done.

You do not need years of motor-trade experience.

We are more interested in finding someone who is intelligent, organised, commercially curious, resourceful and hungry to take responsibility.

For the right person, there is significant scope for the position to develop as the business grows.

The Role

You will work directly with the Director across several areas of the business.

Business Operations

• Help manage the day-to-day operation of the business
• Build, document and improve internal processes
• Create systems to ensure important tasks are followed through
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Identify operational problems and help implement solutions
• Maintain accurate vehicle, customer and transaction records
• Help introduce new software, systems and ways of working

Vehicles & Customers

• Help manage incoming customer and supplier enquiries
• Organise vehicle viewings, collections and deliveries
• Prepare invoices, order forms and vehicle documentation
• Coordinate vehicle transport and logistics
• Liaise with workshops, transporters and other suppliers
• Assist with vehicle advertising and stock listings
• Help coordinate customer handovers and collections

Marketing & Growth

Marketing will be an important part of this position.

We are developing a more structured approach to growing the RAICO brand and generating both vehicle purchasing and sales opportunities.

You will work alongside the Director to help turn that strategy into execution.

This could include:

• Coordinating marketing projects and campaigns
• Helping plan and execute social media content
• Learning and working with Meta advertising
• Learning and working with Google Ads
• Helping develop targeted campaigns to acquire desirable vehicle stock
• Helping develop campaigns to generate new retail customers
• Coordinating photographers, videographers, agencies and other external partners
• Tracking campaign performance and helping determine what is actually producing results
• Researching new marketing opportunities
• Managing projects from initial idea through to execution
• Helping ensure marketing activity happens consistently rather than being pushed aside by the day-to-day demands of the business

You do not need to already be a digital marketing expert.

We are looking for someone with the curiosity and initiative to learn, experiment, measure results and become increasingly capable in this area.

Who We're Looking For

Your previous job title matters less to us than your ability.

You might currently work in operations, automotive, property, luxury retail, marketing, recruitment, sales, account management or another fast-moving commercial environment.

You may also be earlier in your career and looking for an opportunity to take on considerably more responsibility.

You should be:

• Professional, polished and well-presented, with excellent verbal communication skills and the confidence to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and suppliers both in person and over the phone.
• Exceptionally organised
• Intelligent and quick to learn
• Commercially minded
• Comfortable with numbers
• Strong with technology and able to learn new software quickly
• Naturally interested in how businesses operate and grow
• Comfortable researching something you don't know and figuring it out
• Someone who follows things through without needing to be repeatedly reminded
• Willing to take initiative rather than wait for instructions
• Ambitious to develop beyond the initial scope of the role

An interest in performance and luxury cars would be beneficial, but detailed automotive knowledge is not essential.

A full UK driving licence is essential.

Performance-Related Bonus

In addition to the basic salary, there will be the opportunity to earn a performance-related bonus.

This will recognise contribution beyond day-to-day responsibilities, including successful delivery of projects, improvements to business operations, marketing performance and the overall growth and performance of the business.

As the role develops and responsibility increases, the bonus structure and earning potential will develop with it.
