Part-Time Vehicle Sourcing Assistant

I’m looking for someone to join Car Auction Buying Service on a part-time, fully remote basis.

We’re growing, and one of the biggest pressures on my time is the daily vehicle sourcing — searching BCA, Manheim and other trade platforms for cars that match individual customer requirements.

So I’m looking for a Part-Time Vehicle Sourcing Assistant.

This would suit someone with previous motor trade experience who understands cars, specifications, mileage, condition grades and how to read vehicle listings properly.

It isn’t a sales role and there’s no cold calling.

The role would mainly involve:

• Searching trade auction platforms for suitable vehicles
• Matching stock against customer requirements
• Checking age, mileage, specification and condition
• Preparing suitable vehicles for me to review
• Updating our CRM and keeping customer searches organised

Initially, I’m looking at around 10 hours per week, ideally spread across weekday mornings.

£15 per hour
Fully remote

I’m particularly interested in hearing from people with experience in areas such as:

Car sales | Vehicle buying | Dealership administration | Fleet | Leasing | Vehicle auctions | Used-car operations

What matters most to me is that you are reliable, methodical, comfortable working independently and genuinely understand cars.
