£36,000 Basic Salary - 43,000 OTE/annum with Bonusses.

We are recruiting for an Experienced Vehicle Warranty Administrator to fill this exciting role working for a Franchised Car Dealer Group in the Reading area.

Key Requirements
The role is to ensure the efficient processing of all aspects of Warranty Administration for our Clients Franchised Dealerships, including warranty claims, documentation, returns and audits.
This is very hands-on role and the person appointed will need to have excellent administration skills.
You must have excellent communication, organisation and inter-personal skills. It is essential you have good attention to detail, be flexible and be able to comply with all company and manufacturer's disciplines and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

• A proven track record in Administrative Warranty/Audit or Automotive Aftersales.
• Desire and drive to achieve management monthly and quarterly targets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Honest, professional approach to Warranty Claims and Audits.
