Vehicle Leasing Business Development Executive required in Gorseinon, Swansea.

A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for an experienced and professional Business Development Executive at our client's growing nationwide automotive vehicle leasing brokerage.

Reporting to the General Manager and working as part of a small team from our client's head office in Goreinon, Swansea (with a new showroom being developed for June later this year), as a Business Development Executive you will be predominantly desk based where you shall manage the sales process for incoming leads and enquiries for vehicle sourcing and finance including personal contract hire, business contract hire, finance lease and HP. You will manage the client journey from point of enquiry and convert them into orders through excellent service, sound advice and timely responses.

Your overall responsibilities will include: 

• Managing sales enquiries via website, social media and telephone.
• Providing accurate information on vehicles and finance products/options.
• Managing client expectations.
• Liaising with funding partners and suppliers.
• Building and updating records within the CRM system.
• Ensuring that client communication is compliant with FCA rules.
• Self-generation potential.
• Assisting Business Manager in other sales related tasks and duties.

Previous experience in an automotive sales/customer service orientated role (ideally in vehicle finance/leasing) would be highly desirable however is not-essential as full-training is provided. For our client it's more about the individual candidate and their approach to work! Overall, you will come from a similar sales/customer service orientated background with success in developing both new and pre-existing client accounts. As you will be predominantly desk based you will have excellent communication skills over the phone and via email, be IT literate, have a high focus on detail, be able to work under pressure, maintain a positive mental attitude, be methodical and organised with your workload, and have a UK driving licence with minimal points.
