£30k basic with £52k OTE

Permanent/Full Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am – 6pm) / Saturday (08.30am – 5pm) and 1 in 3 Sundays (10.30am – 4pm) / A day off in lieu will be given each work for working on the Saturday.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• You will be working closely with the Sales Manager to ensure the team achieve their targets on new and used car sales, finance and add-on’s, finance renewals, lead management and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maximising profitable sales or finance and insurance products. 
• Help stack deals (including valuing part exchange cars) for the sales consultants and second face customers when required. 
• Assisting in the closing of sales by providing finance products as an aid to selling. 
• Managing workload and multiple customers. 
• Diary management. 

Your Background & Skill: 

• Full UK Driving Licence. 
• Experience as a Transaction Manager/Business Manager/Sales Controller is essential for the role. 
• Knowledge of the main dealer sales processes. 
• Ability to work well within and manage a team. 
• Excellent communication skills.
