Monday – Friday (8am – 5.30pm) / 1 in 2 Saturdays (8am – 1pm) 

Our client, based in Canterbury, is on the lookout for a candidate who would like to enter the motor trade as a Trainee Service Advisor. Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Greeting and liaising with customers.
• Answering the telephone.
• Informing all customers of the Workshop progress, keeping them updated at all times.
• Explaining detailed work carried out on the vehicles.
• Taking payments and raising invoices.
• Communicating with the workshop and sales departments.
• Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.

Your Background & Skill: 

•  No experience within the motor trade is needed as this is a trainee role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent customer service skills.
