We are looking for a Service Reception Manager for a Franchised Car Dealership in the Letchworth area.

A Customer Service Star who has the ability to work to deadlines and handle sensitive and confidential information. You’ll have excellent communication skills and experience in a selling/customer service environment. In addition to a strong people background we are looking for applicants who can demonstrate drive, commitment and enthusiasm along with willingness to contribute to your team and more importantly your customers.

The successful Applicant
Will have recent experience working as a Vehicle Senior Service Advisor or Manager.

• Be well organised and have good communication skills.
• Have Kerridge Autoline / Pinnacle experience.
• Understand the importance of the EVHC process.
• Be focused on delivering a great customer experience.
