Service Administrator- Location: Crawley, West Sussex
- Pay: £27.5k Basic + £36k OTE
- Hours: 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday ONLY!
Service Administrator required for our Automotive Client based in Crawley.
Our Client is a Franchised Car Dealership and they are currently seeking a Service Administrator to join their team.
For your hard work as a Service Administrator our client is offering a salary of £27,500 basic.
Hours of work for this Service Administrator role are 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities of a Service Administrator for our Client:- Produce and accurate invoice to allow for prompt payment
- Maintaining strong working relationships with Customers, Dealerships and Manufacturers
- Process job cards in conjunction with Manufacturers standard text and times
- Administer and process warranty, repair and maintenance claims to the manufacturer.
The ideal Service Administrator will:
- Have a previous working experience within a Service Administrator role
- Experience of DMS
- Good customer service skills with technical understanding
- A very high level of accuracy and attention to detail
