Parts Manager required for Automotive Family Run Car Dealer Group located in Guildford.
We are recruiting for a Parts Manager for our Client’s bodyshop. As a Parts Manager for our Client you will be responsible for leading a busy Parts Department.
The salary on offer for this Parts Manager is £45,000.
Parts Manager Person Specification:- A previous working experience as a Parts Manager
- Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
- Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
- Motivating and developing the Parts Team
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
The responsibilities of this Parts Manager role are:- Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
- Overseeing the effective Management of all Parts and consumable stocks
- As a Parts Manager it is your duty to recruit for Parts Team Members
- Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
