Working Hours: Monday to Friday (6am – 2.30pm / 1.30pm – 10pm) / 1 in 2 Saturdays (7am – 12pm, paid at overtime) 

Our client, based in Basildon is on the lookout for an experienced HGV Technician to join their busy team. If you’re looking for a new role within the motor trade and would like to find out some more information – please give us a call and apply!  

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Full vehicle safety inspections.
• MOT preparation to the required standards.
• General service and repair works.
• Electrical and mechanical diagnostic using a variety of electronic diagnostics including some manufacturer diagnostic software.
• Offsite safety inspections and running repairs, assisting customers face-to-face.

Your Background & Skill: 

• Fully qualified (Level 3) Technician.
• Proven experience within the motor trade as a HGV Technician.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to keep up to date with vehicle and product knowledge.
• Ability to work well within a team.
