£20,000 Basic Salary. Upto £45,000 OTE/Annum un-capped. 5 Day Week. Company Car.

We are looking for an experienced Car Sales Executive to fill this exciting role with a leading Franchised Car Dealership in the Stoke area.

Sales Executive Key Requirements.

• Follow a structured sales process designed to maximise each sales opportunity.
• Identify, target and make appointments with prospective customers.
• Achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Follow processes for the sale of finance and insurance products.
• Ensure all customers receive a comprehensive and courteous experience.

The Successful Applicant

Take pride in their ability to maximise sales and profit opportunities whilst simultaneously delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Be focused on achieving goals; you will possess excellent interpersonal skills and will be recognised as a self-motivated team player and target achiever.
Be highly motivated, efficient and organised. You must be used to working in a process-driven sales environment and possess excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Hold a minimum of 12 months, a successful track record in a customer-facing, target-driven sales environment.
Hold a valid UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.

This position is within a busy sales environment, as such you will be provided with a competitive remuneration package and vehicle as well as industry-leading product and manufacturer training. This is a full-time position with 23 days paid annual leave, rising to 25 with longevity of service.
