This is someone who is a service advisor who has knowledge of parts, or a parts advisor who knows the service advisor role. The Parts and Service counters are adjacent and my client seeks someone who knows both roles or who knows one or the other and is willing to undertake training. This is a respectable family business with a great reputation for customer service and excellence and they wish to employ someone who shares their passion to treating customers with great respect and professionalism.
