Our Story
Established over 25 years ago, ABL started as a family-owned accident repair business reaching 4 sites in 2011. In 2015 the 1 Touch Repair Group was created to offer an alternate solution to the industry, moving away from large sites, incorporating the ‘repair over replace’ ethos that was at the heart of ABL, providing innovative, technical centres to attract the leading talent in the industry.
This grew quickly from 2 sites in 2015 to 9 sites by the end of 2020. At the end of 2020, backed by Private Equity investment ABL and 1 Touch Repair finally became ABL 1 Touch. Now in 2023 we have 24 sites with further plans for growth over the coming years.

At ABL 1 Touch, we take great pride in our company values, and incorporate them into everything we do. Our values were rebranded three years ago, as part of a wider project where a culture team was put together to look at how the working environment could be improved for employees.
It was important to ensure everyone in the business was aiming for the same goal, therefore the culture team engaged with all employees with surveys and focus groups to find out their honest views of the business.
