The Workshop Controller will push tasks out to a team of Vehicle Technicians and oversee all projects to ensure they are delivered to the correct standard.
Other responsibilities include liaising with numerous departments within a dealership, for example. The Workshop Controller is the go-to person for queries regarding repairs, maintenance etc.
