A parts advisor is responsible for advising customers on the parts required for repairs or improvements on their vehicle.
You’ll have an interest in cars, be highly organised and have excellent communication skills. As a parts advisor your day-to-day will include dealing with customers, providing advice and sourcing parts to carry out repairs. You may also be required to manage stock levels and replenishing stock as required.

The average salary of a parts advisor is around £23,634*. Starting salary is around £15,000, raising to around £24,000 for a highly experienced parts advisor.
