Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking a Service Manager on behalf of their client to lead the aftersales team at a respected dealership located in the Isle of Man.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Manager looking to relocate to a scenic and community-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate the service team to meet performance and customer satisfaction targets
• Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and quality
• Monitor workshop output, labour sales, and departmental profitability
• Handle staffing, training, and development of service personnel
• Collaborate with the sales and parts departments to ensure smooth coordination
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Service Manager in a main dealership or busy service environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of aftersales KPIs
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently
• Full UK driving licence
• Right to work in the UK
