As Isuzu service advisor, you will be supporting the depot Service Manager and Service team.
Acting as a liaison between customers and Isuzu service department by communicating with customers regarding vehicle problems and repair timeline and expressing customer concerns to service team. Whilst displaying exemplary customer service skills and a sales-minded attitude.
