Key Responsibilities * Maintain standards of performance of the Parts team through effective coaching and performance management. * Maintain high levels of customer service standards and ensure understanding and adherence to the requirements of Brand service requirements and customer satisfaction indicators within the Centre * Maximise commercial opportunities through developing and implementing campaigns within specific market sectors. * Monitor and evaluate customer needs and competitor activity in the market, ensuring that service marketing campaigns are relevant and targeted. * Maintain a safe and healthy working environment; ensuring staff comply with Health and Safety requirements Person Specification * You will have lead team performance and have experience of developing and motivating teams to exceed targets. * You will be able to demonstrate competency in financial awareness and management accounts * You will have a full understanding of all Microsoft office packages. * Experience in a similar role would be desirable * Knowledge of Kerridge Rev 8 is essential The successful applicant will have a proven track record in people management and will be energetic and inspirational with the ability to coach and develop your teams.
