I am working with a Main Car Dealership in the Guildford area of Surrey who are seeking to recruit a Parts Supervisor. You must have previous experience managing a Parts team within a main dealer environment. Experience of Kerridge.
Job Role - Parts Supervisor
Salary - £35,000 basic plus £6,000 bonus
Hours, Mon – Fri 8.00 – 6.00 & 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.00 - 1.00
Parts Supervisor role::
• To oversee the daily operations and all aspects of the Parts Department
• To implement and review plans to increase parts turnover, whilst maintaining agreed profit margins
• To provide accurate weekly forecasts on performance
• To have a customer orientated approach to running the Parts department
• To ensure routine processes are maintained (PPI, N/STK reports, Parts Back Order status, VOR mix report)
• To have main Dealership experience in a similar role
• Experience with Kerridge
• To be able to motivate and lead by example
