We are a vehicle rental / leasing / sales business specialising in both the provision of short term leases to businesses and the sale of used cars.
Due to the continued evolution of our business we are looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. The successful candidate will work alongside the Managing Director to deliver an exceptional sales experience for our retail customers, supporting the sale of the cars themselves and our market leading finance products.
The basic skills we require are enthusiasm, attention to detail and the desire to succeed. The ability to self motivate is essential, as well as being able to work as part of a team.
The Role
Your main focus is to support the Managing Director in his day to day activities and to co-ordinate the sale of used cars and our finance products. You will largely be the face and the voice of our business, supporting the MD to welcome, advise and support prospective customers through their car purchase with us. Current experience in car leasing / sales is an advantage.
You will help to deliver exceptional customer service to our customers throughout the process, ensuring FCA compliance throughout. We will help you to become a product expert who can comfortably hold in depth discussions and negotiations when required – providing information and advice on our cars and finance products.
FCA
We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), as we advise on and sell finance products. As this role includes FCA regulated activities, we will ask you to complete an FCA questionnaire as part of our recruitment process. You will be asked to declare any unspent criminal conviction, CCJs or bankruptcy. We will look into all declarations made and seek a credit reference, but they may not serve as a bar to employment with us. We will also verify your recent employment, address and credit history. Furthermore you must hold a Full UK driving licence in order to be considered for this role.

Monday to Friday = 09:00 – 17:30
You may occasionally be asked to respond to enquiries and engage with customers during evenings and weekends.
