Pembrook Resourcing looking to find an experienced Automotive Sales Manager with a real passion for Motorcycles

The role –
working patterns shared with 2 Retail Managers to provide 7 day support of the sales operation based on an average 5 day working week, through time off in lieu. The role reports into the Head of Business,
The person –
The successful applicant is likely to have significant experience in management with a modern, forward-looking vehicle sales operation, preferably with recent Motorcycle sales experience with a major brand. Being truly capable of making the brand’s mission, “Make Life a Ride”, come to life in our business, is key to our ongoing and future success. Hungry to build on our core strategy of Upper Quartile performance and Customer Delight, the successful applicant will be capable of overseeing highly effective processes for enquiry management, stock control, merchandising, and above all, people development. A good technical knowledge of Kerridge CRM processes and reporting would be a distinct advantage.
