Due to continued growth at Greenhous Fleet High Ercall, a vacancy has arisen for a Vehicle Refurbishment Administrator. Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Co-ordinate workflow for Smart Repairers
• Work to tight schedules for deliveries, as required
• Update customer portals
• Liaise with PDI teams to ensure parts are ordered and invoiced correctly
• Build and maintain relationships with parts suppliers

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Strong IT skills e.g. a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to use the Fleet bespoke IT system
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of parts sufficient to fulfill the administrative requirements of the role
