Workshop Controller – Relocation Package + Rental Support + 20% Tax

Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking a Workshop Controller to join their client’s aftersales department. Based in an island location such as Jersey, Guernsey, or the Isle of Man, this role offers a relocation package, rental accommodation assistance, and the benefit of only 20% income tax.

As Workshop Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the workshop runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll manage resources effectively, monitor team performance, allocate work according to technician skillsets, and handle customer queries in line with dealership and manufacturer guidelines.

Essential Requirements:

• Excellent technical knowledge gained in the retail motor industry
• Previous management experience in a similar role – or a senior technician ready to progress
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Proactive, can-do attitude with initiative and ownership
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
• Team player who supports colleagues and contributes positively
• Eagerness to keep skills and knowledge up to date
• Full, valid UK driving licence
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to meet personal goals as agreed with the Group Aftersales Manager
• Commitment to achieving a customer-focused environment and manufacturer quality standards
