Location: St Albans

Salary: £27,500

Permanent/Full Time

Monday – Friday 8am-5pm, very rare Saturday work (8am-1pm) with plenty of notice

Our client, a Franchised vehicle dealership in the St Alban’s area, is currently looking for a Service/Prep Centre Administrator to join their friendly and welcoming team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• To ensure all prep centre administration work is completed to the highest standard
• Liaise with the technical workshop to keep track of the vehicles progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready at the promised time.
• To maintain accurate and true records at all times when releasing or receiving vehicles
• To accept delivery of all New and Used Vehicles, carry out necessary checks (damage, paperwork etc.)
• Maintaining thorough product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer led training.
• Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

Background/Skill:

• Experience as an Administrator or experience within a customer service role.
• You will need to be a good communicator and have excellent attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft packages etc)
• Good geographical knowledge would be advantageous.
