You will need previous experience working as a Service Manager with a proven track record.
• Driving the profitability and service levels of the aftersales department.
• Managing all costs and administering company procedures.
• Motivate and focus the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Attend and participate in performance related management/team meetings
• Establish staff training needs; communicate training requests
• Handle customer complaints immediately and according to company guidelines.
• Liaising with other Managers to ensure all responsibilities are covered on a daily basis.
• Experience working as a Service Manager/Aftersales Manager with the Motortrade.
