re you a service-driven individual with a background in successfully managing key accounts? You will be responsible for playing a key role in ensuring our new and existing client relationships are well maintained and developed for optimal growth.
Here at Advanced Supply Chain, we are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Sheffield. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £32,000 per annum depending on experience.
As our Account Manager, you will be accountable for providing first-class customer service and ongoing support to our main accounts. You will be working alongside our other Account Managers to continue to provide and deliver a cost-effective and customer-focused operation in line with our best practice and will be managing the accounts expectations whilst overseeing any queries that arise and making sure these are dealt with in a timely manner. Reporting directly into the Client Relationship Manager, you’ll be showcasing our values and making sure our key accounts receive first-rate service.
Our Account Manager will be welcomed into a client orientated vigorous team who all have an exceptional understanding of our client’s requirements.
