Richard Abson Group are assisting a Prestige Dealership in Chester in finding them an experienced Workshop Controller.
Your role consists of delegating out work to Vehicle Technicians to ensure smooth running of the workshop. You’ll also liaise with the Service Department be on hand to answer any queries from other departments and customers. You will also be responsible for ensuring all incoming work is planned then managing the time and resource. The Workshop Controller assigns Technicians to tasks ensuring productivity is maximised and that deadlines are met. The department runs with 15 Technicians and 4 Service Advisors.
The dealership is offering a basic of up to £33,000 and OTE of £38,000, You’ll work Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8:30am-12:30noon.
