The Customer Support team is a core part of the Manheim Inspection Services business, responsible for delivering excellent customer service at all times to our contract providers, ensuring all processes are completed to a high level within the required timeframe/SLA. Ensuring sales are delivered successfully and customer service levels are of high quality.
Reporting into the Customer Support Manager, the Driver Sales & Insurance Write Off Executive is responsible for the outsourced driver, affinity sales and insurance write off processes for a portfolio of key customers. Tasked with delivering a fully FCA compliant sales process including contacting vehicle drivers and insurers, agreeing purchase price and administering vehicles through the process (where appropriate). Responsibility for pricing vehicles for sale and administering the process through communications to both consumer and vendor, and administering Insurance Write Offs. The role is perfect for a self-sufficient candidate who will be given the opportunity to mould the role to their methods of working.
An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools with Microsoft Excel and Outlook a high priority
Good communication skills with different media including face to face, email and telephone
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and data entry skills
Previous experience in a customer service environment
Previous experience working within the automotive sector within sales would be beneficial but not essential
Highly organised with an ability plan, prioritise and execute tasks
