Job description About the role Mercedes-Benz of Newcastle has a fantastic opportunity available for an Accounts Assistant to join their team. This role will purchase ledger based including: Processing purchase invoices. Handling and resolving queries. Chasing authorisations and ensuring payments are ready in accordance with payment terms. Reconciling supplier statements. Posting transactions accurately and timely. Other ad hoc duties as required. About You Previous experience in purchase ledger and a good working knowledge of accounting routines, are essential. Knowledge of the CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office would is not essential but would be advantageous. Ideally, you will be enthusiastic, well organised, diligent, and able to work to strict deadlines whilst paying attention to detail and working both as an individual and as part of a small team.
