This position will suit somebody looking to begin their career in Finance or someone looking to progress within an exciting and interactive environment. * Monthly bank reconciliations * Monthly Journal postings to GL * Liaise with suppliers and maintain a high level of professionalism. * Assist with Fixed Assets Register * Assisting in year in audit * Ensure all files are accurately maintained * Preparation and filing of VAT returns * General accounting administration * Other Ad hoc duties to be performed as and when required Person Specification: * Ability to work to agreed deadlines and prioritise, flexible in approach but underpinned with a structured and disciplined corporate work ethic * Excellent IT skills - good grounding with Microsoft office products such as Excel, Word, Outlook and company systems as directed * A desire to provide exceptional standard level of service * Self motivated and consistent with a willingness to help others * Excellent written, verbal, numerical and communication skills * Full Clean Driving Licence Benefits: * 22 days holidays * Employment Assistance Programme * Bike to Work * Social Club
