C&B Recruitment are working with a fantastic Car Dealer Group in the Newcastle area and have a fantastic opportunity for a Workshop Controller to join their team.

For this role of Workshop Controller, you will need to have experience as a Workshop Controller within a Car Dealership setting or similar.

Whilst you don't need to have experience as a Vehicle Technician, a mechanical background would be advantageous.

What you will be doing:

  • Allocating work to Technicians
  • Assessing additional work
  • Performance reviews
  • Technical queries
  • Driving workshop performance

As mentioned, the successful Workshop Controller will need to commute to Newcastle on a daily basis, therefore living in Newcastle or within a commutable distance of Newcastle is required.
