The Role
Hours: 5 days out of 7 on a rota – some weekend work will required
Salary: £9 per hour

Our Yard department is a key department on every site, our fantastic Yard colleagues support the business by providing a hands on operational service managing cars as they arrive on site. Working closely with colleagues and customers, you will manage day to day paper work facilitating the collection of vehicles in a timely efficient manner and basic mechanical maintenance as and when required.
Let us tell you a little bit about what you will be doing
- Checking in cars in all weathers, managing our in house IT systems and staying on top of a high volume of paperwork.
- On a daily basis you will be checking vehicles for damage, checking all vehicle specification and service history and completing inspection paperwork for vehicle loading.
- This is a fast paced role so the ability to stay calm and maintain excellent attention to detail as well as the desire to produce high quality work is really important.
- Due to the nature of the role you will need a full, clean driving licence and be able to drive and park
So how do you get the role?
If you have experience of working in a similar environment involving quality control, logistics and/or stock control, have a keen eye for detail and enjoy following a process through to completion- with the ability to remain calm clear thinking when under time and dealing pressure and have a love of all things motor vehicle related then we want to hear from you.
