WORKSHOP FOREMAN

 

The Company

 

This is an extremely rare opportunity to join a high performing, expanding multi-million pound business. HPL Motors is a used car supermarket that has been running for 29 years, and we are always growing and learning. Our new purpose-built super-site in Preston, with over 600 used cars, is opening next spring, with an incredible workshop which you will be working in. At HPL Motors, we are committed to customer care and the professional development of our team, with two Motor Trader Industry Awards under our belt for quality customer care.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

·       Works closely with the service manager

·       Oversees the daily running of the workshop

·       Ensures a steady flow of work within the workshop

·       Assigns work to vehicle technicians

·       Ensure correct procedures are followed align to dealer and retail standards

·       Ensure health and safety guidelines are adhered

 

 

Salary

    Basic: £23,880

    OTE £31,080

 

Desired skills and our expectations:

    Minimum 4 years of experience within the car industry

    Must be able to work effectively with customers and colleagues
