Workshop Controller Role:

• Control the work volume of Vehicle Technicians to ensure the smooth running of the Workshop.
• Ensure all incoming work is planned as well as managing the time and resources of your team.
• You will control a team of Technicians/valeters, ensuring productivity is maximised and that deadlines are met so delivery schedules are kept.
• Ensure workshop targets are being considered whilst customer satisfaction is priority.
• Working 75% as a productive technician.

Workshop Controller Requirement:

• You must have strong managerial skills and be able to prove you can control a workshop of Technicians efficiently.
• Full UK Driving License
