About the role

* To Invoice and transmit JLR claims on a daily basis. Assuring all claims meet the manufacturers audit requirements and time scales.
* Review submitted claims from site checking the following areas.
* Checking all customer additions have been lined separately and signed by the service advisor including source identified.
* Customer's signature on job cards or rationale including JLR breakdown report.
* Service Advisors have numbered write ups to align with clocking's on front of job cards
* Printing relevant clocking's when required for repairs carried out from our time management system
* Technicians have numbered write ups to align with clocking's on rear of job cards.
* WASP print out included in job pack
* Checking all technicians and workshop control write ups have been added to the job card.
* All technical bulletins & instructions are attached with the job cards.
* Additional work signed off by workshop controller and added in green pen to front of job card.
* Checking all customer complaint codes have been added correctly.
* Checking workshop control has added the necessary repair times to the job card.
* Checking all repair time codes have been added and are correct.
* Follow up all returned & rejected claims on a daily basis on wasp to ensure claims deadlines are met in a timely manner.

About you

You will have the ability to work well under pressure, handle conflicting demands, identify priorities and schedule work appropriately. As you will be working closely with the Service Team and the relevant manufacturers, some technical knowledge would be an advantage. You will have a friendly but professional manner and able to demonstrate integrity, discretion and objectivity as well as being able to meet deadlines without compromising on the quality of work. You will be able to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, the client base and the manufacturers and can demonstrate past experience within the motor trade industry.
