My client is seeking a FRANCHISE MANAGER for one of their car delaerships in Norfolk. A very well respected dealer group with a great work ethic and customer and employee focus at its heart.
As a franchise manager in this face paced environment you will remain focused on all aspects of the business.You will have complete responsibility for the direction and operational implementation and achieve success based on leading and directing your team through great leadership, effectively managing the resources to achieve the business objectives.
Including sales volumes, profitability, employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction and loyalty levels.
You will be committed to maintaining a culture of customer service excellence and delight. You will develop an environment of exceptional performance through regular communication, team building and effective coaching. Employee reviews should be core to your people strategy: from monitoring, measuring and directing current performances; to developing future aspirations.
You should have a keen focus on achieving continuous improvement and you should do so through both proven and innovative methods. You should understand the importance of championing business improvement groups; you should have the ability to ensure that your business accurately forecasts its position; you should understand organisational design and development, and, therefore, how the departments within your business should be structured; and you should have excellent organisational skills.
Furthermore, the successful candidate will understand the importance of maintaining quality standards; and how to embed the the group's Vision and Values into the business. As a franchised business, you will ensure that all processes, procedures and financial guidelines are adhered to and maintained.
The Franchise Manager position is a fast-paced and dynamic role; and, therefore, the successful candidate needs to be able to approach pressured situations in a calm and methodical manner. The ability to effectively manage multiple activities simultaneously is essential, as is a 'can do' attitude and a desire to lead the business to being the best that it can be.
Salary £45K basic £65k OTE
Previous experience in the same, or a transferable role, is required.
