To rise to the challenge, you will need to be fully skilled and have previous workshop experience. Reporting to the Bodyshop Controller, you will be responsible for carrying out the preparation, priming and painting on all makes of motor vehicles in a safe and economical manner, achieving the highest possible standards of workmanship.

For your first 2 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you’ll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
