A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an exciting dealership as Used Car Sales Manager situated in Stafford.

As Used Car Sales Manager you will be be responsible for the continued success of the Sales department. You will possess the ability to extract maximum profit from each deal as well as ensuring value added products are sold. In addition to retaining current business you will also bear the responsibility of generating new business and driving the department to unrivalled success

To be considered for its position you must:

  • Hold a good level of experience of managing a sales department
  • Be dynamic and career focused
  • Be on your way up the success ladder as opposed to on the way down
  • Have the ability to communicate and influence to an impressive level
  • hold a positive and enthusiastic attitude along with great team and work ethic
  • Have a proven history of success in a similar environment
  • Hold a solid and stable working history
  • Hold a full UK Licence

In return my client can offer a basic salary from £25,000.00 with a genuine OTE of £55,000.00 as well as a company demonstrator vehicle and additional benefits.
