Experienced Used car sales executives required for a top German Brand
My Client is a well-respected International motor group who represent Premium brands across the midlands and who have built their excellent reputation by delivering great levels of customer service. Due to expansion within the business an opportunity has arisen to join their prestigious New and Used car sales team in Solihull, Birmingham and Tamworth.
Previous car sales experience is essential, along with experience in dealing with the public in retail sales environments, you must also be able to display highly developed communication skills, a positive can do attitude, an ability to gather information and follow a structured sales and customer follow-up process along with a willingness to learn new skills. Being part of the sales team you would need to available to work weekends (on a rota basis) and have a strong work ethic. Due to the requirements of the role you will also need to currently hold a Full UK driving Licence.
In return, my client offers a strong basic salary and an uncapped bonus scheme ( top performers can expect to earn over £70K PA! ) , the use of a quality company demonstration vehicle and 23 days holiday per year rising to 25 with service, staff car and pension scheme.
