Job Title: Warranty Audit Specialist
< Work within a small team supporting the audit program.
< Work to a timescale, completing a set number of audits in a given timeframe
< Work to a strict set of manufacturer guidelines and parameters
< Develop and maintain customer relations with the local NSC and retailers
< Demonstrate a sound understanding of aftersales activities within the Retailer network (Service, Parts & Warranty)
< Carry out a fully independent audit in line with the manufacturers parameters
< Create detailed report on the audit findings including recommended actions
< Fully explain the findings of the audit to all relevant Retailer staff and service managers
< Guide Retailers on best practice for their business
< Analysis of KPI data and identify Retailers weaknesses and strengths that need support from this program
< Promote the value of the audit program to Retailer management
< Provide strong detailed, accurate and timely reporting to MSXI Management
< Fulfil all reporting requirements
< Complete ad hoc duties where necessary for MSXI/OEM Management
< Use MSXI/OEM warranty systems to complete audits
What we are looking for:
< Ability to remain calm and diplomatic in pressurised situations and the ability to clearly convey difficult arguments and judgments to a varied audience
< Process-driven with strong problem-solving and investigative abilities
< High level of computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
< Ability to manage own work load, expenses and travel arrangements
< Clean driving licence
< You will ideally have an industry related qualification or degree, although other degrees will be considered and have at least two years of workshop experience
< Alternatively we will also consider applicants with strong Aftersales and Warranty Process knowledge and three years of technical / workshop experience
< The ideal candidate will have either Jaguar or Land Rover Retailer, Main Retailer Franchise or OEM warranty background, with demonstrable automotive warranty and technical experience
< The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in Warranty and have an in depth knowledge of the motor industry
< Proficiency in all MS Office tools is required.
< Comfortable with a fast pace of change, while ensuring continuity of current activities.
< Ability to perform formal analysis and provide written interpretations of findings.
< A flexible, structured and logical approach being able to handle multiple tasks, think, and plan ahead and build in contingencies as required.
