We are looking for a Retail Manager to join our MINI sales team! This role is suited to an experienced Business Manager who wants, and is ready for the next step!
Our ideal candidate will have prestige sector motor industry experience, a full understanding of TCF & the FCA regulations, be self motivated and target driven, as well as have the skill set required to work within and manage a dynamic successful sales team.
We offer a basic salary of £25000, with an OTE of £55000. In addition to this outstanding package, we offer a pension plan, beneficial car scheme, "cycle to work" and kiddi-voucher programmes to our employees.
