About the Role
Within this role you will be: delivering a seamless experience to our customers in the Aftersales department, dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department, advising on technical queries or issues, booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out, informing customers of the progress of their vehicle, advising the customer repairs and parts and finalising the invoice on completion of required work. You will also be selling parts and accessories to our customers in the showroom.
We want you to be enthusiastic, reliable and driven. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and is interested in a career within the Motor Trade. You will need to be ambitious and have a determination to seek out new sales opportunities within our customer database and exceed parts sales objectives on a daily basis. We will provide you with full training to be successful within the role! If your application is successful, we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us. Depending on the role, these can include us verifying your recent employment, address and credit history. We may also conduct a criminal record check and a driving licence check.
