Service Administrator

On behalf of a well known Car Dealership in the Crawley area , we are recruiting a Service Administrator to join their successful team.

The Service Administrator role  involves supporting key areas of the service department enabling smooth workflow through the Workshop.

Duties 

• Taking customer bookings and enquiries
• Raising Job Cards
• Ensuring all campaigns/warranty recalls are carried out
• Pre calls to customers

The ideal Service Administrator will be enthusiastic and keen to learn in a fast paced environment .Experience within the Motor Industry is a must for this role.

Full training will be given although good IT/Customer Service skills are essential for this position.
