Due to departmental and operational growth, Westerly Barnstaple, in Devon, are now looking to recruit a full time Trainee Sales Executive to provide support for the Sales Executives, become a product champion and learn how to offer a 5 star customer experience during the car purchase journey.

What will my responsibilities be?

Shadowing a seasoned Sales Executive, you will learn how to present your product knowledge of the vehicle models to our discerning customer base and all new enquiries, create a rapport with your customers, explain the finance options, utilise the associated products and tools to best sale practice, develop a high standard of skillset, understanding and implementation in relation to all administration, IT and dealer management systems, construct a sale and closing sales techniques. A desire to exceed your own given sales targets and maintaining above average communications with your client database. You will also work closely with brand representatives and other franchises to ensure Company and Manufacturer directives and objectives are met. Ultimately, you will create a bond of trust with your customers and act with integrity at all times.
